5.6 KW Pole Mounted
This is a 5.6 KW pole mounted, grid-connected system. We used 28 - 200 Watt Sanyo PV Panels in this system.

 

Westlock Town Office
This system is a 2KW grid-dependant, awning style, mounted on the outside of Westlock's town office.

 

Drayton Valley
This is a 2.4 KW grid-connected system.

Athabasca Town office
This is a 1.14 KW grid-connected PV system on the Athabasca town office building.


Athabasca grid tie wind genny
This system consists of an 1800 Watt SkyStream Grid Tie Wind Generator made by Southwest Windpower. The power generated will either be used right away or go into the grid for later use.  Simply put, whenever there is wind, the system is generating power. The wind genny sits atop a 45' pole, which the owner built himself. The pole and base are designed to fold up for easy transport should the owner want to place the genny somewhere else on his property. The anchoring system is made from simple ballasts designed for this specific height of pole and can withstand hurricane-force winds.

7.8 KW grid-tie system
This is a 7.8 KW grid tie system.

 

Grid-tie, Fort Saskatchewan
This system consists of 14 -180 Watt "Day 4 Energy" Photo Voltaic Panels for a total of 2520 Watts. The inverter is a Fronius IG 3000 watt, and is grid-dependant. The new owners were very happy to find that just as soon as their system was installed, their electrical meter started spinning in the opposite direction.

Grid-tie system with power back-up
This system provides more independence from the electricity grid by adding a generator and batteries to your solar power system. Additionally, the system incorporates a connection to the electricity grid for further security and convenience.

Off-grid system with power back-up
This system provides constant reliable power with no connection to the power grid.
